Scope of applicability
Following terms and conditions (AGB) count for consumers or entrepeneurs for all orders via our online shop.
A consumer(Verbraucher) is each natural person, that concludes a legal transaction, which is not part of the person’s professional life. An entrepreneur(Unternehmer) is a natural or legal person or a partnership, that concludes a legal transaction, in order of commercial or independent business.
These terms and conditions continue to have an effect for future business relations between Nain Trading and entrepreneurs, without repetitively having the duty to point them out. If the entrepreneur uses his own terms and conditions we hereby disagree with them; they only become part of this contract if we give explicit approval.
Our Contract
Your order (pushing the order button) is an offer to Nain Trading to buy the product(s) in your order. We accept your offer by sending you the Order Confirmation, at the latest by dispatching the product(s) to you.
Prices
Prices for deliveries within the EU all entail the statutory VAT in the amount of 19 %.
For deliveries to Switzerland or other non-EU-countries the VAT does not apply and we only charge net prices. UPS will tax the products according to the law of taxation and customs law of the country of delivery upon reception. Possible extra charges of your country of destination will be charged after delivery by customs. These extra charges can be reviewed further down, where you can see the “extra charges through taxes and customs”, after choosing a country.
Commercial customers outside Germany with VAT identification number will be supplied within the EU to net prices according to the rules of pre-tax deduction.
Delivery terms
In cooperation with our shipping partners UPS, FedEx, DPD we deliver our products into the whole wide world.
Orders made until 02:00 p. m. of a working day will be delivered the same day. The delivery time takes about 2-6 days. Shipments will be delivered on working days between 09.00 a. m. and 05:00 p. m.
Cancellation rights

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days.
The cancellation period starts 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods purchased or last good, lot or piece if the order relates to goods multiple lots or pieces delivered separately.
You must inform us (Nain Trading GmbH, Brook 7, 20457 Hamburg, info@naintrading.com, phone: 004940326634) of your decision to cancel your order (for example with per mail, telefax or email). You may also use our standard form.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication on the exercise of the right to cancellation before the cancellation period has expired
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us. This reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, by no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your communication on the cancellation of this order. . For such reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Note that you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any case by no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your cancellation of this order. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The return the goods is at no cost for you, since we carry the shipping fees. You will only have to pay compensation for any deterioration of the goods if the value of the goods diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

Warranty
Of course our products are warranted. The warranty is given for one year after receiving the product. If the consumer makes use of the warrant at it shows itself that the mistake relies on outside influences, the customer may pay the reparation. Our personnel decides whether the mistake relies in fabric or outside influences by the consumer after receiving the product. In case of warranty the shipment is free for the consumer.
Payment terms
Nain Trading uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Therefore your data is secure from third parties. Even banks use this system so you can be sure that your data is safe.
Nain Trading offers you following ways to pay
– Prepayment / Bank transfer
Using prepayment you will receive our banking information with the order confirmation and deliver as soon as we receive the payment.
– Payment on delivery
The commissioned carrier will receive the payment when he delivers the product(s).
Costs incurre £18 With this kind of payment.
– PayPal
You can pay easily with the online payment system PayPal. Notice that you need to be registered to use the system. You will receive more information during the process
– DIRECT PAYMENT
We also offer DIRECT PAYMENT. With this kind of payment, we will immediately receive the credit entry. This advances the whole process. You only need your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. With the secured and for third parties hidden online form of the SOFORT Inc., DIRECT PAYMENT allows you to transfer money in real time using your online banking account. If you choose DIRECT PAYMENT at the end of the order you will get to a pre-filled form which already includes our banking information, the amount of the payment and the reference. You now have to choose the country in which you have your bank account and enter the bank code afterwards you just follow the steps like you do logging in to your online banking account. Now confirm your order with the TAN procedure. You will now receive a confirmation. Principally everyone with an online banking account is able to use SOFORT Überweisung. Please note, that it’s still not available at all banks yet.
– Credit card payment
Nain Trading accepts VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express. During the procedure you have to enter your credit card number. This will be recorded by Wirecard AG and only be delivered to the directly involved credit card companies.
Nain Trading does not save your credit card information. All data will be SSL secured.
– Payment on account via Klarna
In partnership with Klarna we offer payment on account. If you use Klarna for payment you will not have to specify your bank information and you will not pay until receiving the product. Please note that a delivery to any other address than the one specified in the account is not possible. Delivery and account address have to accord with your registered address. Purchasing products via Klarna is a subrogation from Nain Trading to Klarna AB. You therefore have to pay Klarna AB for releasing effect.
Klarna verifies and rates the data given by the consumer and interacts with other companies and credit agencies for credit check purpose. If the credit rating of the consumer is not ensured, Klarna AB may refuse the transaction and therefore has to point out alternative payment methods. Your personal data will be used in accordance with the data protection laws und will not be used for advertising purposes.

– Klarna financing
You also will not have to pay until you receive the product. Your purchase will be listed in a bill by the end of the month. You can then pay with flexible rates, but also in a whole.

Companies inside the EU
Commercial customers with a VAT number outside of Germany will be supplied in accordance with the rules of the simplified input tax deduction also inside the EU with net prices. Please contact our Customer Service via email (info@naintrading.com) or phone.
Packing station
We do not deliver to packing stations.
Transport damage
Visible damages of the product have to be reported immediately to UPS/FedEx/DPD/DHL. Non-visible damages have to be reported to UPS/FedEx/DPD/DHL immediately after detection.
Reservation of ownership
The goods remain our property until they are fully paid.

Online dispute resolution
